Our Neighbors Are Cold. Can You Help?

Writer's picture: livingstondemslivingstondems

This winter’s brutal cold took a toll on everyone’s budget. For those on a fix income or working a low-wage job, it’s even worse. That’s why Livingston Dems are teaming up with the Oakland-Livingston Human Services Agency to support its annual Walk for Warmth. Our goal is to raise at least $1,000 for the event that helps our neighbors in need meet their energy bills. You can donate here.

This year’s Walk for Warmth will be Saturday, Feb. 17, at 8:30 a.m. at Hartland Educational Services Center, 955 E. Highland Rd., Howell.

It’s a family friendly event that includes an indoor walk, as well as snacks and activities for all ages. You can join our team and donate here.

We Democrats pride ourselves on our compassion for others. When we give as a group, we show the county that we really mean it. Please donate and walk with us!
